This is really neat!! I could see Nintendo trying to pull this technology off in the next few years. It would definitely make for a more realistic game experience unlike any seen before. The idea is also rather simple and novel. Two Wiimotes and a head mounted sensor you could pick up at a hardware store. Cool.

Not necessarily, this topic doesn't automatically have to be in the "Video Games" board unless you're terribly anal.

                  I've been waiting for this...

For a while I've been feeling that the only thing game developers need to work on now is improving frame rates in the games they put out.

As a gamer I feel the whole experience meant to be achieved through a game can be completely and utterly destroyed by a bad gaming experience via glitches and bugs.

seeing how the frame rates are so horrible in some games now, I wonder how good they could ever possibly be in 3D?

But now it seems what I have been waiting for looks to be in the works. After a flawless gaming experience with Assassins Creed, the only thing that could make a game better than that was if it were in 3D. So yeah... that's just cool to me...

You might want to check out the new Wipeout, if only to see flawless framerate in action - 1080p at 60fps. Wow...just WOW.
