can someone please hire mel brooks to give these guys a lesson in spoof writing? these new spoof movies are absolutely some of the most horrendous movies to ever be made. i honestly can not bring myself to watch one of these movies made after scary movie (the last good spoof movie, imho)

It's really too bad that these spoof movies are created by idiot comedy writers...they could have been really entertaining if the comedy appealed to adults beyond the teen years. Hell, I was excited about the first 'Scary Movie' coming out, only to turn it off 15 minutes in. I made the mistake of buying 'Date Movie', hoping the change in genre being spoofed would help....no dice. Not funny.
