I'm a MS Windows OneCare subscriber. This site was reported to MS as risky. I got out of it pronto.

Hmmm... Odd. I have Phishing protection turned on for my browser and didn't get an alert, possibly a false positive or maybe Norton just sucks hard.
The way I understand this, 80's commercials.com has been reported by PC users for phishing. MS has now flagged the site for the benefit of Windows OneCare subscribers.
Now, is the site safe? Could be! It is now up to me to contact MS OneCare to get more info on this site if I really want to go there.
I don't need the hassle - I've got Retro Junk!

You're OK. See Windows Live OneCare has a weak phishing filter so microsoft "scares" subscribers in advance when they hit a site on the Hot List.
If you have a good commercial phishing filter, you're protected "as you go".
