Actually, the movie was used inside an actual Quick Stop and RST Video as they are actually a real chain of stores in New Jersey.
According to Film Buff Online, it's "58-60 Leonardo Ave., Just off of Route 36"

I wish I could go there it would be so bad ass. I saw Kevin Smith do Q & A at Cornell for 5 hours one night and he brought Mewes with him. He was so damn funny.
