I just had a real estate agent give me a tour of my old house, I lived there for 12 years my family moved there when I was 8. I have so many great memories there, a kid my age lived in just about everyother house in the neighborhood. It just wasn't the same when I went back, Kind of sad really.

i bet it looked smaller huh? thats how i always feel when i look at an old house.
Once another family lives it your house it will never feel the same. It's going on 5 years now since my parents moved out of the house I grew up in. Still when I have dreams they take place in our old house. They had to move because the area was getting too bad and they were they only white people left.
It did look smaller.

Jesus it's almost a half a million dollors! You should buy a house in TX. You can get the same size and style house for half the price. Of course we have some of the cheapest real estate in the nation. It is a nice house thought the kitchen could use some upgrades for that price.
It looked much better when we lived there, the new owners really made some bad changes. as far as the price goes, thats California for you, it sucks. But then again I can't imagine living anywere else.
