Yep. Not lyin'. I forgot to tell you all, but a couple years ago, my grandparents moved from Italy to canada, had my parents, then had me. I am not kidding.

Not if you live in Ontario it isn't, thanks to George Smitherman, eye care, physiotherapy, and other important health issues are not covered by the Ontario Hospital Insurance Plan or OHIP.
