Bonnaroo is a music and Art festival that goes on in Tennesee every summer. I havent been but it is my short term goal to go, if not this summer, defrinetly sometime. Its only been going on for 7 years but they have some pretty good headliners last summer they had Jack Johnson, The racontours, and My morning Jacket.

This thakes place not far from me. I've never went... I don't care for the style of music. My friend went last year, though, and she had a blast. I'm thinking of attending this year.
Its also a good place to hear the word "bro".

There's a music festival moving from Kansas to northern Arkansas. They have some pretty good bands play there like Sonic Youth.

most of The music that they have headlining is more mellow stuff( Jack Jonhson, john mayer) there isn't any heavy metal or screamo crap. but its definetly good music, and its alot of big name stuff. but there is other stuff to do there because it 4 full days of nonstop music.

They haven't released who's playing in '09. I've heard rumors that Matisyahu will be there. That would be pretty nice. So would having Tilly And The Wall.

yea the silent disco looks AWESOME. I hope they release the lineup soon
