I'm from that generation of kids that saw the Paramount Pictures movie
"Alice in Wonderland" from 1933. If you have never seen it check out the uploads on youtube. It's one of the freakiest movies I've ever seen. Yet for Paramount this was a mega-movie with an all-star cast. Edward Everett Horton as the
Mad Hatter. Cary Grant as the
Mock Turtle. W.C. Fields as
Humpty Dumpty. Gary Cooper as the
White Knight.

Tweedle Dum. This is the scene I remember because it has
"The Walrus and The Carpenter" cartoon, which was animated by Max Fleischer's studio. The scene opens with "
The Gryphon and the
Mock Turtle" sharing stories and songs with
