Anthony Edwards stars in this movie about a man who answers a random phone call from a phone booth to learn that the world is going under nuclear attack and that his city will be hit in 70 minutes. He spends this time trying to inform everyone that the world is going to end, causing complete chaos in the city of Los Angeles.
