I'm trying to submit an article and it pops up with the warning about not being able to edit it, but even after clicking Submit it just sits there and doesn't do anything. I tried in IE and Chrome, no luck.

Any ideas?

Figured out the problem.... I hadn't assigned a decade.

Please consider adding that note to the submission form to save people like me's frustration :-)

Hmmm there should have been a message. I will look into it and see why you were not getting it.
