Syndicated musical/variety show that aired, in most places, in the 7-8pm block on Saturday nights. Successfully capitalized on the 1950's nostalgia of the time, with Happy Days and Laverne and Shirley being the most popluar shows on TV. Sort of the 1950's greaser version of Hee-Haw, featured sock-hop oldies and dumb jokes and skits. Trivia: ShaNaNa played at Woodstock. Bass singer Jon "Bowzer" Bauman later hosted Hollywood Squares.
