Rock Hudson plays Stewart McMillan Police Commissioner. Susan St. James plays his wife, Sally. This series was loosely based on the 1930's and 1940's "Thin Man Movies" which starred William Powell and Myrna Loy. The series also rotated on "The NBC Sunday Night Mystery Movies" with McCloud and Columbo.

Stuart and Sally McMillan often go places and trouble ensues. This husband and wife duo do solve the case.

Great show. I love the reruns. Rock Hudson was hot and now we find out gay...grrrrr and Susan St James just is perfect in her role.
