Released: 1987
Fed up with winter and snow, Big Bird buys some flowers to cheer himself up. But when he sees his friends in distress from the weather, he is eager to help out and before he knows it, a brilliant change in the weather puts a smile on his beak.

I remember this! I had it on a tape when I was a kid. It was like a 5-10 minute cartoon short. Well, it was sort of a cartoon. It had just still paintings of the characters, and the naration and voices spoke over the still drawings. No animated movement at all. At the end, he only has one flower left, and it's broken, so he gives it to Oscar the Grouch. I remember one of the other cartoons on the tape was something about Oscar's worm friend's cousin coming from the country to visit him.
