Movie Summary

Released: 1987
Lincoln Hawk is a struggling trucker who's trying to rebuild his life. After the death of his ex-wife, he tries to make amends with his son who he left behind years earlier. Upon their first meeting, his son doesn't think too highly of him until he enters the nation-wide arm wrestling competition in Las Vegas.

"Winner" of two Golden Raspberry (Razzie) Awards, including Worst Supporting Actor - David Mendenhall and Worst New Star - David Mendenhall.

You know I actually tried that over the top arm wrestle move on somebody. I think it worked at the time.

I really liked this movie. Sly can be a great personal and emotional writer wneh he is on.

The over the top move totally works if you can hold the other guy long enough to readjust your grip. You also need to turn your hat backwords to turn on the switch. I love the part where Sly throws the grandpa's body guard through the hotel doors!
