What a great Groundbreaking series of movies!!!! Hollywood cinema would never be the same again, and seldom as good! Stallone puts "Rambo" in the dictionary and makes it a house hold name in these awsome action flicks!! Great energetic scores by the late Jerry Goldsmith, and great plots that put our hero in situations where you'll be rooting for him to win his way out! Also adding politics that were present at the time, if you love the action flicks that have flooded our screens our the last 15 odd years, go back to the roots and catch the trilogy of movies that started it all....

Meh, I didn't prefer Rambo II or III that much, despite that the action was very good. First Blood will always be the best over the two!

well for starters.. the trailer made it look like he blew up a vilage with an arow, when in the movie he never did. that's where the helicopter came in. and as for rambe 2..great movie. the movies in the eighties were meant for you to sit and enjoy the fun. the eighties also had a lot more imagination when it came to the movies. people now adays are too busy over analyzine the movies like a roger ebert wannabe.

This film should set the standard for action movies. One of the best movies ever.
