I remember Inside out boy!

He used to be on during commercial breaks and sometime during "KaBLAM!"

I remember renting the Nickelodeon videos that had these shorts before them. I wish more DVDs has fun stuff before the movie like that...

it is impossible to go over the bar haha. unless maybe the hulk were pushing you...otherwise you'd just get high enough and then fall off the swing and onto the bar due to gravity and break a bunch of bones.
