Yo Quiero Taco Bell! (1997)

I always thought the people who came up with this ad probably brain stormed all night trying to come up with something and at the last minute they were like "Ok just fuck put some dog in the commercial asking for Taco Bell" and it turns out to be a successful commercial...Thats just how I picture it.

Is this the very first commercial?
