A made for TV movie acting as the series finale to the animated series. With their work collecting the 625 alien experiments on the Earth completed, Lilo and Stitch are being honored by the Galactic Alliance with Lilo being made ambassador to Earth for all the various experiments. Feeling mad that he was not the one to capture the experiments, Gantu breaks his friend out of prison and sends him to Earth to find them all. He forces Jumba to create a new and extra powerful experiment to help him do so, who is named Leroy.
