        i remember my mom used to tell me all the time that i shouldn't let go of balloons outside because they strangle fish

          HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH OOOOHHHHHH MAN. Crazy how we have gone from PSA's of TMNT talking about not letting go of balloons outside to Telling kids to avoid online predators and trying to make parents encourage theirs kids to join the military. MmMmMmmmmMmM turtle tips

            I remember these announcements! When I bought the TMNT DVDs they didn't have these at the end. Oh man, I miss them so. I remember each one I saw.
