Kellogg's - Cinnamon Mini Buns (1990)

Haha.. I used to love these. After a while Kellogg's will discontinue it.. Them come back out with it under a different name.. Now its Cinnabun.

OMG i've been trying to remember the name of this cereal for years. fairly easy name, yes, but it just left my mind because its been so long

JP, it was a series of commercials. In the first Cinnamon Mini Buns commercial it shows that kid (regular size) driving a delivery truck for Cinnamon Buns when all sudden he, the truck and its contents just randomly shrink. Then somehow that led him to making cereal outta the shrunken cinnamon buns. I don't recall many specifics like what made them shrink or how he managed to launch a cereal, but that's the jist of what happened. And he never returned to his real size. So he just spent the rest of the commercials either telling people about the new cereal or trying to overcome "giant" obstacles to get some himself.....And he lived tinily ever after I found five dollars.

ok....why is the kid a mini person? I understand it's mini cereal, but what's the point of him being a mini person?

Kellogg's brought these back recetly as "Mini Swirlz".

Haven't had the new ones - but I remember the originals were rock solid, even in milk.

Who the hell writes these things?
