This game was scary yet so fun, my grandma still has it in her basement. It makes me wonder if daddy would beat his kids for being up

I wanted to play Don't Wake Daddy when I was 10, but I was not allowed to play it because one of my classmates cheated when he was playing it which was unfair.

I had this game a while ago, but we had to throw it out because my parents said we need more space for more things in our house.

Reminds me of what I used to do when i was little...i regretted it. if anyone in this house waked my dad, then, the curtains closed for you.
    nikki89 Posted 8 years 1 month ago

LOL, i love this game. It's up in my closet! whoo hoo... i remember i got this game for xmas like in 1994. And i took it to my Uncles house, and he was playin with us and was cheating at a kids game. Classic memories
    shorty1k Posted 8 years 7 months ago
I remember this. I always thought it was odd. His wife must have left him which is why he is so cranky to his kids. GET TO BED YOU BRATS!
EmeraldeJade Posted 8 years 10 months ago
I had this game. I also remember it breaking because 'daddy' wouldn't jump up right...and I lost his cap somewhere along the way...
Roadgeek Posted 8 years 10 months ago
Never did get the game, but I remember that commercial vividly.
Daikun Posted 8 years 10 months ago
I used to have the travel-size version of this game, too. It was tons of fun. Daddy's face is creppy, though. I swear, he gives me the willies... o_o

Another disturbing toy (something about an inanimate object springing to excitement). Not to say it wasn't fun! We used to play this at school. I wouldn't say it was as fun as Boltenstein (a similar game with Frankenstein’s monster instead of "daddy";).
