Back when cars were good

I know a good 80's car: It was the decade that introduced the: Audi Quattro! the first car with a properly working 4WD system.

Ford are good cars: You can abuse them very bad and they'll still work. Even when the engine is almost dead it'll still run at least 20.000KM. The only problem with my type of ford is that the thermostate is of very bad quality->overheating->leaking headgasket still it has already driven 16.000KM/10,000Miles with the leaking headgasket just add oil and water once in a while!

Serioiusly is there a car you would actually desire even one of luxury from this date? 85 had to the worse year for cars , hands down.
