First Yummy Mummy Commercial (1980)

Yummy Mummy failed for a reason. I was only 7 years old when it came out but I remember really wanting to try it. I distinctly remember it tasting incredibly bland compared to Count Chocula, Frankenberry and Booberry. Yummy Mummy was my first major Cereal disappointment. If I had to name a cereal that it tasted similar to, I would say it was like a sparsely fruit-flavored Kaboom. Nobody on the face of this planet has ever enjoyed Kaboom.

I remember Chocula,Franken Berry,and Boo Berry,don't remember yummy mummy.

LOL!! I haven't seen this commercial in years! And yes, that cereal was GOOD!

Yummy Mummy is my #1 favorite cereal of all time. I don't know what they were thinking discounting it. I would buy cases of that cereal if it were still being made today. And to think, Frankberry is still being made. It just makes me sick. God bless you, you Yummy Mummy, you!
