These CTW 80's sounds sounded like an '80's arcade video game, y'know.

You can see it from the 1983-1995 episodes of "Sesame Street", "My Sesame Street Home Video", and "Sesame Songs Home Video".

This was in my favorite Sesame Street tape:"Learning About Numbers." It had many classic scetches from the 70s including a one with a cherry rolling in a maze(?) and "King of 8"

I saw this bumper when i was little, but i did'nt know the point of the sparks at the time. I thought they were actually puppets from the show when I was 4!

Well now it's called "Sesame Workshop" because of the CTW's association with Sesame Street. It certainly was a creepy opening nonetheless.

Celeste Posted 10 years 4 months ago
Did this come from someone's copy of 3-2-1 Contact or something?
Celeste Posted 10 years 4 months ago
It came on before Sesame Street, The Electric Company, and 3-2-1 Contact. Wierd synthisizers along with animation that would make most kids wet their pants.
Celeste Posted 10 years 4 months ago
Oh yes I remember this. It only stuck with me for the past 20 years of my life. :p
