OMG! This is the ones I remember best! I started watching Nick in like 1992, and that's when stuff like Claissa, Ren & Stimpy, Rugrats, Salute Your Shorts, and around the time when Rocko first came out (like somewhere between 1991-1993 I'm pretty sure.) Most of these were made in the 80's but, I do remember some that still played between 1990-1994 like the worms w/the apple and the cowboy & stuff! :)

I loved these I look at the crap that they have on there now and I cant stand it. Why change what aint broken? Nick used to be a safe haven away from Japanamation but now... ugghh.... Its just the Spongebob, Avatar, Live Action stupid shows channel.

Yes, I remember all of these. God, to be young again.
gaastra Posted 7 years 2 months ago
I loved watching these clips back in the 80s.

I miss my childhood so much!

Looking back at my comment from a year ago I'm surprised to find myself claiming to not remember the cowboy clip, because it certainly rings a bell from my childhood when I look at it now. The with the little singing guy in the cup still escapes my memory but that's it. I still love this!

I remember a lot of these too!

the good old days of nick! I remember all of these. The Dinosaur one is from the 1989 days
shiroihikari Posted 7 years 9 months ago
I remember some of these, but especially the third and fifth one. I like how a bunch of them have the doo-wop singing going on.

I am so glad I was a kid in the 90's and not now. I would have missed so much. I feel sorry for kids today because they have to suffer watching horrible lame shows all day and a cegillion repeats of Spongebob. I wish they would come out with a classic nick channel with all the old 90's shows.

meelind Posted 8 years 16 days ago
I remember all of these! Yup I agree with everyone. These were the good times of Nick. Not just because I was young then, but because they really had better shows.
SharonTheJedi Posted 8 years 1 month ago
That was fun! I remember almost all of them. I miss being a kid, at least tv was better! LOL! I still love tv anyway!

These bumpers were actually made from somewhere around 1985-1989 but however all of them re-ran through the early 90s. Most I don't remember because I wasn't alive yet in the 1980s I was only born since 1991 and I was too young to remember tv from the early 90s so therefore I only watched nickelodeon from the mid to late 90s and in the early 00s I think the years that I watched nickelodeon from were 1994-2002. Some of these bumpers re-ran through the mid to late 90s because I do remember the cowboy one, the one with the worms singing and the one with the dinosaurs singing. These bumpers that I missed out on look pretty cool though.

These are definitely 80s. The one with the dinosaurs and the fireworks I seem to remember the most clearly
Warden Posted 8 years 4 months ago
I don't remember all of these, I think some of them or mabey even most of them are from the 80's.

Its amazing how when you're seeing something for the first time in so many years, it suddenly feels like you've seen it just yesterday. Such a nostalgic feel it actually makes my heart rush. I remembered just about all of the posters, with maybe only the cowboy one and one with the singing creature in the cup kind of escaping my memory. I'm forever grateful to whoever posted these. Man do I miss the old days. Nickelodeon was such a great channel for kids that offered so much creativity and imagination, that its depressing what its become these days. Just corporate vapidness now. Glad I was a child when I was.

I want to see more! Anyone got 'em?
Dessgeega Posted 8 years 7 months ago
I'm glad that these great idents didn't get lost in the dustbin of history...
    SquidMan93 Posted 8 years 8 months ago
AWESOME BUMPERS! Back from the good ol' days of Nickelodeon.
    thecrow174 Posted 8 years 8 months ago
These bumpers were so awesome! Whoever uploaded them let me just say thanks!
ChowTimer Posted 8 years 8 months ago
These bumpers were great and I remember of a few of them. This was when Nickelodeon was actually a decent network, since its not that great anymore.
SaturdayMorningKid Posted 8 years 8 months ago
These bumpers made Nickelodeon EXTRA special, thank you to whoever uploaded them :D
Roadgeek Posted 8 years 11 months ago
A lot of the songs in those bumpers have that 50's charm.
jbdbackfan Posted 8 years 11 months ago
This truely brought back memories of when Nickelodeon was great, and not the crap it is today.
    musicradio77 Posted 8 years 11 months ago
Those ID's are from the pre-Spongebob era. I usually loved it, but I don't watch that channel anymore. That's just my final thought. They sang too much jingle ID's and throw a few ID such as fireworks (used as a reference to the opening credits of the original "Wonderful World of Disney" back in the 1970's), Those same sound effects was used when it was originally an orgami ID and those weird stuff singing those Nick ID's including Abraham Lincoln at a barber shop. Those are weird ID's during my childhood days.
    kizzie31793 Posted 8 years 11 months ago
those are SO weird! too much singing!
    jarjar23 Posted 8 years 11 months ago
ALL of these ID's were made in the mid-80s.
    musicradio77 Posted 8 years 11 months ago
Well, how many Nick ID's do we have here? They started with the fireworks ID and ended with the 5 potato guys in space singing the ID. What a great montage. These bring back memories. Those were produced back in the 1980's as well as in the early 90's. Sad to see them go. I missed the Nick ID's as a kid.
