Totally Tooned In
Debut: April 12, 1999
Ended: February 17, 2000

TOTALLY TOONED IN was a 1999 anthology series showcasing a collection of Columbia/UPA cartoons including Mr. Magoo, The Fox and The Crow, Gerald McBoing-Boing and many others. Many talents in the field of animation were brought into this series; Mel Blanc and Daws Butler voiced some of the characters, and animation historian Jerry Beck contributed as co-ordinating producer. Depending on how the cartoons were originally presented, some of them had to be edited with replaced music and poorly-acted dubbing in order to remove any offensive material. These changes range from a short one-minute scene ("The Delinquent Rabbit", "Attack of the Giant Puppy") to nearly the entire cartoon ("Skeleton Frolic", "Yippy the Snake Charmer").
