The second of two Bill Melendez produced Babar specials. King Babar has been invited to be a guest in the United States. The special sees him, Queen Celeste, Cornelius, and Cousin Arthur traveling to New York City to Washington D.C. to Hollywood. Once again, Peter Ustinov does all the voices as well as being the narrator.
