Luffy finds an invitation to the Omatsuri island resort. On their arrival, they meet the Baron of the island who sends the crew off a series of challenges. However, crew members start to disappear and the island's mystery unfolds. The film has been called one of the most vital for One Piece completionists and is best watched following Episode 224 of the Ocean’s Dream Arc in the Water 7 Saga. It's the only One Piece film ever directed by Mamoru Hosoda.
