Yes that is Jade. Whya re there two of them? Anyone familler with the Mortal Kombat storyline? The Sub Zero in the first one becomes Noob and the Sub Zero in this game is the first one I've heard. So who is Noob Saibot?
They changed Noob's story again? I thought, like you, that Noob Saibot = original Sub Zero. Maybe it's like an MK Trilogy set up where you can play as MK Sub Zero and Noob Saibot.

I've heard since this is a story going back in time things that didn't happen in the first 3 games will happen. I heard a rumour some might become robot ninjas.
So what would Sub Zero's story be for this game (referring to his brother) if Noob Saibot is around? Why would Sub Zero be in the game (if it's supposed to be before iirc) if Noob is around?

Few characters have bios already. Liu Kang's seem to go back to the very first game. Sub Zero started to interact more with Noon around Deception (if he did before then correct me) while Armegeddon didn't have a proper storyline (I'm refering to the dead characters returning) Sub Zero seemed to have his handsful with Noob in story mode.
Sub Zero's brother was more friendlier to Scorpion than the original (who's now Noob) and I like the Sub Zero and Scorpion rivalry.

This is definitely going to be the best Mortal Kombat of the 3D era but I'm still weary of the fact that it's not 2D...

It is actually gonna be 2D still... that was like the first thing they confirmed with this game. They are going back to what made Mortal Kombat great. 2d fighting with brutal fatalitys.
Yeah I know, it's a 2D fighting plain meaning you cant walk sideways. but I was talking about 2D graphics.
I'm still waiting for Nimbus Terrafaux.

Now that this character is being revived, the term NOOB will have to take on a whole new meaning.
I'm excited for it. It's a terrific vacation away from FPS games (Will be I mean once I buy it). I was also pretty jazzed when I saw the retro backgrounds. It hadn't dawned on me how retro they were making this game. Then when I saw that forest with the faces in the trees I had a happy freak out moment. The sewers with the chains dangeling is in it too.
What I've been confused about though is the totall lack of attention X-Box has given the game. Normally when a new game that's as big as this comes out, you see it all over the XBLA market menus. But all they have up is Gears Of Wars 3, Halo Reach, and then their arcade listings. I know Sony had exclusive content. Is it a Sony owned game that Sony's allowing to be on Xbox?
