i have th egame baloo, but dont have a wireless connection, ima get one eventualyl though.
If you can find a wi-fi hot spot, you should be good to go
I know Radio Shack sells hot spot detectors...

A lot of hot spots are at mcdonalds. You can also go to www.nintendowifi.com to find hot spot locations in your area(wow, I sounded like a spambot)
