Anyone remember startropics for the NES? Great game...anyone actually beat it though? It was Rock hard...or maybe i just suck :D

Awesome game but damn impossible.
Yes, but it was too difficult.
They should make a 3D update, with the Wii. Use the controller to throw out your yo-yo.
But, it wouldn't be a yo-yo. Maybe something like Rygar's disc armor weapon.

A top down 3D action game. You flick the Wii controller to toss out the yo-yo. And the analog stick part to move around.
I think it would work out well. And if you are tired of flicking the controller, you can just push the buttons.

It was pretty much top down view, but on a slight angle. It was a great game and Ive beaten it atleast 3-4 times. I tried playing the sequel on a snes rom and it got messed up at the beginning.

Sounds good and the original game and the sequel come with the game too. 8)
Ah that was such a fun game. I'm very happy to own both of them. ^_^
