Nintendo just released 3 classics for the Wii's virtual console. They are:
Bonk's Adventure (TurboGrafx16, 1 player, 600 Wii Points) - I loved playing this game! My friends and I would play this game for hours on the TG-16. We were the few who actually owned a TG-16 that I knew of. But this game was the best on the TG-16 before it got ported to Nintendo.
Virtua Fighter 2 (Sega Genesis, 1-2 Players, 800 Wii Points) - I never really played any of the Virtua Fighter games. They just seemed kinda clunky to me. Plus the polygon graphics didn't appeal to me.
I saved one of the most anticipated games for last, even though it was an expected disappointment.
Punch Out!! Featuring Mr. Dream (NES, 1 Player, 500 Wii Points) - Yep, Mr. Dream and not Mike Tyson. This was expected due to Tyson's going to prison and Nintendo basically turning their back on the original game. It's still a classic, but without the babyeating Tyson. (Seriously, he once threatened to eat an opponents baby. He was joking, but how much? ;) ) I think everyone was expecting that was the version that would be released. The only way we can play Mike Tyson's Punch Out!! is either on an emulator or with the NES system.
