I just checked out Wikipedia & found that the box art for "The Simpsons game" will be different for each console.

EDIT: For me it's a tough choice between the Wii & PS3 covers. I voted for PS3 since that's what I'll be getting it for.
EDIT(Again): Plus I think the double headed Patty & Selma dragon looks cool & that Homer shoving Itchy out of the way is funny.

Great marketing gimmick. As an avid collector of Simpsons merchandise, I'm going to buy The Simpsons Game for each of those consoles just for the box art...Not.
But I like the Wii version because Homer is being "probed".

I voted Xbox 360 but I will rent the Wii version when it comes out. Hopefully it wont suck like Simpsons Skateboarding.

It's a game rushed out to promote a movie - of course it'll suck. :D

Apperantly The Simpsons are aware that they are in a video game (Albeit forced to take part) and get to choose their own powers.
Most of the game is self-refferential. With most of the references so far being from Treehouse of horror episodes. Eg. You have to fight the giant Lard lad statue, you have to fight the killer dolphins & also Homer can become that green blob he was in the last Treehouse of horror episode.
You also have to fight the loggers from the episode "Homer to the Max".

That's why I like the Wii cover. Plus that alien on Homer's back is cool.

Even so, its cashing in on the current popularity of the movie (Homer on the front cover and drawn in the style of the movie and titled The Simpsons Game) even if it doesn't share the same plot. I still reckon it'll be shit :D

Lucky :D Did you ever manage to finish it?
I heard that occasionally during the game play, Comic Book Guy will pop up and give a sort of commentary to something that happens in particular. I really enjoyed Hit and Run more than Road Rage and I saw preliminary screenshots for it, so I'm very curious. To the cover arts, even though I don't own a 360, I stilled liked that covered better than all the other ones.
