Dora and Diego (my 2 least favorite television personalities (almost) EVER! ) have just been given a new game each for the PS2 and Wii! What the **** is going on?!? If I ran a game store, I would disguise several copies of Manhunt 2 as those 2 awful Dora and Diego games (you would think you'd be getting Dora or Diego for your PS2 or Wii when really you've been tricked into buying Manhunt 2! ) !

Thank god neither of the 2 games are in the pipeline for Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3.....
If Xbox 360 versions REALLY WERE in the pipeline, I wouldn't even play them just for the combined 2000 gamerscore!

Well BOO-HOO! There's a lot of franchaises and shows that I dislike somewhat that have games on systems I enjoy. And what do I do? I don't buy them. I'm sure you can do the same. And these Dora games being released on PS2 and Wii does not make these systems less calibure.

I wasn't dissing the systems, I was only dissing the games.

That sounds like a personal problem to me. I'm so sick of people complaining about preschool stuff. The games are for little kids. Personally, you have no right to "diss" something like this because you're too damn old to even be concerned over it.

If you were three or four years old or something, then your opinion here would matter.

Eh, who fucking cares? They are for little kids anyways.

Very true. Even little kids deserve to have games aimed at them. It's like some people forget that there are games to cater to different age groups. Dora the Explorer and the Diego kid-based games are obviously not aimed at anyone who roams this website.

I don't see why that's bad. As the people before me said those games aren't meant for you anyways. Little kids need games, too. I remember when I was little and bought SNES games a lot. I bought a lot games geared towards children that most of the older people from around that time didn't like and never played. Games for different age groups give many people an opportunity to enjoy a system.

Although I'd have to admit I play those younger kid games for my older systems just as much now as I did back then! :)

I disagree with, "If you are learning something, it's not a video game." If you enjoy it, it shouldn't matter. I liked Mario is Missing. It really didn't hit me that I was "learning" until after the fact. lol I still enjoyed it since I always enjoyed things dealing with travel, like Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego.

Even if it isn't educational, video games can still teach you stuff. Like RPGs... they can teach you new vocabulary. When I was in 6th Grade, I was addicted to Grandia, and, well, I've learned plenty of new vocabulary. Like 'Broad', meaning chick, for instance. I called a chick at school a broad, and she goes to the teacher and asks what a broad was.

                        See what I mean? :?

I was just being Ironic, you know how people say video games dont teach kids anything they just teach violence and bad things?

but they would have a field day if they got to know what ya can learn in a video game(God of War actually taught me a little about Greek mythology)

Don't knock i till you'vve played it. a few years ago in Japan I had beaten all the game sI had, so i went to Toys R US looking for a new game. Games in Japan new cost around 50-70 dollars and i only had about 35 to spend. SO I am lloking them over and can't really find anything adn a girl who works in the store comes over and asks if I need any help. I tell her I need some kind of action game, but I only have about $30 to spend and most of the ones I know of are too expensive. She looks over the games adn then picks up a box and goes, "This is an action game, it's $30, but I don't know if you'd want it." I take the box adn low and behold its the PS2 verions of Hello Kitty Roller Rescue. I figure what the hell, after all, who doens't liek hello Kitty, plus, its a cheep thrill. Turns out, for a game made for kids, it was honestly one of the Best action games I've played in awhile. A few of my marine buddies came by one night adn saw it on teh table adn laughed, so i told them they should play it before they say anything. So we put it on. So here we are, all these real hard core military guys, passing teh controller around adn having one hell of a night playing hello kitty.

I seriously think that Swiper (the fox who steals things from Dora) should get his own PlayStation 3 game:

It would involves Swiper going round commiting crime, murder and lots of other bad things. It would be like Grand Theft Auto and Manhunt put together

The game would be so explicit that the ESRB would have to introduce an M19+ rating for ages 19 and up.
