I don't understand how such a poor excuse of a gaming website gets recognition. Seriously, just the other day I posted an opinion for an upcoming Xbox 360 game with my views and thoughts. I expected some good feedback. Instead, I was being neglected by people who seemed to be, 12-16 years old. When it finally got to their attention they've all turned against me, sharing their stupid thoughts and assumptions. Never have I felt so insulted. It's as if none of these people care, and if you post something that's a few days old, they all flame on you.
I'm deeply saddened by what the place has become. When it was just starting I had a good time on that website, looking over at strategy guides, posting on the boards, just trying to be cool. Now I can't post there anymore without some idiot trying to prove that he is smarter than I am.
I noticed this most evident on their Cartoon and Anime boards. I talk about my favorite cartoons, my favorite animes, and it's as if no-one knew about them. They ask "What was that show?" I say it was a show of mine I grew up with and remember fondly. They reply "That show sucks, I'd rather watch shows on today." That just made me feel sad and depressed.
Why does everyone on there have to act EMO, serious, being a clown, or just being a big pain in the backside? I just don't understand it. Their forums are a joke. They let certain people break the rules and they let others down by removing content from their posts that wasn't even violating the standards in the first place.
Really, I'm going to set a time limit if GameFAQs gets any worse. They have people with an IQ the size of a pebble.
