This thing was mid to late 80's.It was a Lord of The Rings type game.Four people could play at once.You could be a Conan type male,an old Dumbeldore like wizard,some type of elf I think and a female warrior....like Xena.
I think you went around picking up keys and these chest full of gold,while trying not to get killed by the monsters.For me it was the first time I ever saw an arcade game that more than two people could play at once.

Gauntlet...
I used to love that game, even though to the best of my memory I sucked at it. But when it came out on NES I thought it was the worst game ever.

They have some good versions on the arcade compilations discs and the genesis version... they also made a part 3 for the lynx..
TMNT was the only 4 player arcade I liked.

Ahhh yes that was it...thank you very much.Back when this game first came out our arcade put two huge tv's up on top of the game so everyone could watch what was going on.I guess the game was more popular than I thought.Ok by the way I found this on youtube showing the game
