Those pics are from Chrono Trigger(original game for SNES) u have to race with that guy and if u win u will go to robots factory(i dont remember excatly where u go)

I never understood how you're supposed to get better times in that game. I'd just beat johnny, then go beat him again to go back, and then walk through there manually to level up.
