Found out at ABC News of the passing of a longtime influential movie star Kirk Douglas at 103 who starred in "Spartacus", "Lust for Life" and dozen of other films for decades as a Hollywood maverick and patriarch.

He leaves behind a first wife Diana (died in 2015), second wife Anne Buydens and 4 sons Michael, Joel, Peter and Eric (died in 2004).

Kirk Douglas will always be my most memorable actor of the decade (along with the rest of the classic Disney actors including Hayley Mills and Julie Andrews).

The newer, girlier Disney is godawful compared to the older, classic Disney (Dick Van Dyke, Jennifer Connelly and Kirk Douglas).
