Im going to have to say that every batman game up untill the end of the 16bit era were all amazing, sept for batman forever on the snes...so what are your fave darknight games?
batman forever rocked for genesis.
but it suffered from the fact they used midways mortal kombat 3 engine which didnt adapt itself well to a side scroller.

You dont know what your missing. If you like ninja gaiden, then I sugest playing batman on the nes. And if you like beatemups then you should check out batman returns on the snes...return of the joker on the nes is good to.

"Batman Forever" on the Sega Saturn is a port of the arcade game; anyone play it before?

No, but I did play the arcade game. It wasent the greatest. Pretty generic.

They once had the arcade game at Holiday World. :)
That last one that came out the Batman Begins game looked alright with it a bit like splinter cell.

I used to love batman returns for super nes and the first batman for sega genesis was pretty good.
