Fighting game?

I don't really know what to make of this. Obviously I hope it turns out well, but I was really hoping for it to be an action game. I knew 2D was probably too much to ask for but I think another stab at 3D would've had more potential than this.
It seems Namco and Konami have gotten confused. This should've been an action game and Soul Calibur Legends should've been a fighting game.

Looks like Konami is trying to turn Castlevania into a rival for Soul Calibur.

As long as Simon's playable, I'd get it. He's the only character in the series I'm particularly fond of.

It seems after the ps1 castle vania game, all the console ones sucked...Stick with the handhelds if you want to play a new good castlevania game...
