The Donkey Kong games for that system are pretty good. Not sure about the cost though.
my local gamestop has a sale of buy 2 get one free. i HIGHLY reccommend Super Mario Bros. Deluxe. It's the original NES version but on GBC

For Game Boy Color, your selection is limited. I would say the greatest GBC games are Wario Land 3, Pokémon G/S/C, Mario Golf, Kirby: Tilt 'N Tumble, Zelda: Oracle of Ages and Seasons, and maybe Crystalis.

Well you said "maybe", I figured you'd give a ton of reasons why the NES version is superior.
While I do prefer the NES version, the idea of playing Crystalis at school is more orgasmic than a pizza pie.

so i just bought that gameboy crystalis game from ebay to play in my GBA. i hope it's cool. is it a different story, or just a remake of the NES game?
and speaking of the NES version of crystalis, was anybody else disappointed at how easy the final battle was? i had borrowed the game from my girlfriend when i was in high school cause she always talked about it and said it was her favorite game. i played it for a long time and when i finally made it to the end i beat it in less than 2 mins...it was still a fun game, but the ending was a bit of a let-down.
