For me it was street fighter 2. Nothing was more awesome than getting our hands on the first release of it for snes. It wasn't arcade perfect, but the gameplay was pretty much the same thing. What was your most anticipated arcade release on a console?

Final fight and captain comando. even if they werent as good...but what would you expect.
For me, it would be the first Mortal Kombat. i had the sega genesis version, while at the same time, a cousin of mine had the SNES port. but the one version most family members flocked to see was my Genesis version (especially when another cousin came in, and did all of the fatalities)

You've gotta admit, the Atari version of "Ms. Pac-Man" looked almost a lot like the arcade hit. 8)

Any love for "joust"? This was a great game with 2 player simultaneous versus or co-op.
