DS, with Final Fantasy III and IV, Contact, and the upcoming Dragon Quest IV and Chrono Trigger.

Also let's not forget Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and soon to be Platinum, but I'm thinking in terms of more traditional RPGs.

Game Boy Advance and Nintendo DS have brought us great ports and remakes of classic RPGs, as well as awesome original RPGs.

I kinda got bored with golden sun. Don't know what other original rpgs are out there. Lately I've been playing ff6 advance in endless loops and I'm nowhere near getting bored of doing that. As for ff4 DS I think I prefer ff4 advance just because it's really close to the original. I would be interested in the story elements that had been removed originally though. So that's one advantage that ff4 DS has. And yeah...chrono trigger....goddamn. I'm seriously tempted to buy a crimson red DS I found at a store for $110 just for the upcoming shmup ketsui DS, mario 64 DS, and chrono trigger DS. Or I could just wait a year or two for this stuff to all become really cheap

Here are some lists of different kinds of GBA RPGs according to GameFAQs

                        General

                        Console-style

                        Strategy

Here are some of the best GBA RPGs I could think of:

                        Tomato Adventure (Japan-only)
                        Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga
Magical Vacation (Japan-only predecessor to Magical Starsign)
                        Golden Sun
                        Golden Sun: The Lost Age
Fire Emblem 6, 7 and 8 (6 is Japan-only, 7 is simply titled "Fire Emblem" and 8 is "Sacred Stones".)
                        MOTHER 1+2/NES+SNES EarthBound
                        MOTHER 3/GBA EarthBound
                        Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team
                        Pokemon Fire Red/Leaf Green
Final Fantasy Tactics, I & II: Dawn of Souls, IV, V and VI
Kingdom Hearts: The Chain of Memories
                        Riviera: The Promised Land

Definitely DS. PSP has a good selection of games but it's pretty lacking in the RPG genre. The best one I've played it Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII and that isn't as good as FF III or IV.

It's a wonder that you chose only those titles. Here are ones that're also radical, and stuff that we can ACTUALLY play without importing/emulating:

Phantasy Star Collection (PSII on the go, bay-bee.)
                            Summon Night: Swordcraft Story
                            Summon Night: Swordcraft Story 2
                            Tales of Phantasia

You don't have to. That wasn't the question the forum was posing, at all.

So wait... you were too lazy to post every GBA RPG in existance, yet you weren't lazy to post videos and/or images of games and/or characters?

Well, you're catching on, at least.

I'm not into rpg's at all but I would say ds has more. However I wouldn't rule out the psp entirely because all the gba and psx rpg's could be played on the psp

Probably the Game Boy/Game Boy Color.
