It is so awesome, not your typical on-rails shooter, it has footage(High Def) of the movies as cut scenes, so you are playing parts in the movie!!
It said on Wiki that it is japan only, guess I was lucky

I know there is a lot of Rambo fans here
Hell yeah. I own all the movies and I checked out the video footage of this. It looks a lot better than the past Rambo games providing they were some time ago. If this came out as an Xbox 360 download or something I'd definintely play it.
Im def a rambo fan...I think the first was the best though.
there is this one part in the arcade game where you have to use a bow to shoot down a helicopter(explosive arrow) and you have one shot if you miss you lose a life point.

Looks like a good action game. I could see this on wii.
I'm not a Rambo fan but that game looks cool.
