Does anyone remember a shooting game where you were looking behind the character in a white zoot suit? You had to constantly move around to avoid getting shot by mobsters hiding behind buildings and such.

This was an arcade game. I remember playing Golgo 13 on the NES, but I don't remember a Golgo 13 arcade game.
