Well, I still have many of my toys but at most they are in fair condition. I bought some barbie dolls that I was missing from ebay. Just to have the nostalgia.

Anyways, once in my freshmen year of highschool, my class started talking about toys. There was a kid who had four (or six) He-man figures still in their boxes! He said that when he wanted one, he would tell his mom to buy him two of the same kind. That way he would play with one and keep another brand new.

Sure it seemed odd at the time, but aren't He-mans in the box worth like $200 a piece? Wish I had thought of something like that. Actually, maybe I should do that now. Buy toys and keep them for 20 years then sell them on e-bay....eh who am I kidding.

Wow the only things I still have with the boxes were some old Lego sets and Micro Machines tracks. I keep the instructions in the Lego boxes and the MicroMachine things are lost somewhere so they hold hockey sticks now...

Yeah that pretty much means that I have nothing that's mint condition, except for a few cool coins and baseball cards. :?

I have several He-Man, Captain Power, Convertors and several other pieces from other lines that are still in their boxes/cards, as well as several unplayed with loose figures. I bought them all in recent years. None of the toys left from my childhood made it unharmed.

I have a Hulk Hogan, Mr.t, Ultimate warrior, some super naturals, Dungeon & Dragons, and a Centurion toy in the box.

But the only things that made it through my destructive childhood are about 80 Starting Lineups that my dad wouldn't let me open because some day they would be worth a lot. (Which now some are)

I used to take pristine care of my toys, and still have a lot of boxes for stuff like...

                  Cobra Stealth Fighter
                  GI Joe Tomahawk
                  Ewok Village
                  Rancor
                  a big Smurf mushroom house
                  Optimus Prime

and a bunch of other stuff I can't remember.

Most of my Star wars collection is from when I was a kid and I still have most of the boxes. Some of the actual toys and figures are mint but not unopened. My POTF Han Carbonite and Look Stormtrooper are dead mint as I opened them when i got them for Christmas but never played with them as I was just getting out of toys then.

I have a number of toys from my childhood, most are in good condition, I dont have boxes for any of my toys. The only toys I have that would be mint or close to mint are the last 2 cabbage patches I got, I basically opened them and never played with them as I was just getting out of toys. One was a boy cabbage patch with his original fluro outfit (this was the only boy cabbage patch I had) and the second CPK was a preschool one still in her pink out fit.
Both of these basically worth nothing in $.

My NES looks as fresh as it did when I got it in 1989, only marks are a few oil marks on the top from handling over the years, and even those are faint. Still have everything but the original manual for the system itself, as well...

Ive got a HUGE Transformers collection, around 300 figures, some MIB or MOC, ive collected for about 8 years or so. Ive also got some he man figures, voltron all my old lego, and other old odds and ends, an original NES with about 80 games, i live in Australia so i dont think we had the NES robot or the power glove and stuff like that, it was pretty rare. i hate the thought of throwing out my old toys, and now im the same with my son, i keep all the boxes to his fisher price toys, its a bit strange but i cant get rid of the stuff.

I personally find that kind of mentality to be rather offensive. These things are TOYS, they are not priceless relics. A toy that never got played with is just a dissappointing failure, a downright shame.

Its like buying a boat, but never getting it wet...

None of my childhood toys are still with me and few of the things I collected since are in mint condition.I do have a few Snoopy action figure type things that I bought at Wal Mart in the mid to late 90s still Mint in original boxes, but that's about it.No guarentee they'll stay that way permenently either.I'm sure I'll get bored and open them someday.

I know posted earlier but my home is literally a blast from the past. I have 6 nintendos, a few ataris, couple of colecos, tons of star wars, gi joes and transformers as well as over 500 smurfs. I try and save my toys, unopened (i like keeping them mint) and I got to garage sales every weekend and find toys galore.

the sad thing is that I have yet to sell any of my stuff! :(

I have many toys in mint condition, This is no lie this family owned store where I live was moving locations. They had bins of toys 5 for 5 dollars and what do I see WWF action figures from the early 90's G.I. joes from long ago, just a mix of retro goodness. Best thing was they didn't know what treasures they had. The store was known for selling 7 year old Faygo Cola, so I didn't ask any questions. I was a 25 year old man turned into a 8 year old on christmas morning, with several people looking at me like i was crazy.

I got a "Hey Vern, It's Ernest" talking doll by Kenner still in the box.

And a tin Pac Man lunch box with the thermos from 1980. It's not mint, though.
