Okay, last week I asked about the Raccoons and it ended up being on here. This time I searched the forums (the correct way because last time I didn't research enough), searched on the home page, tv shows and movies. Couldn't find it. It was on the Disney Channel, not sure if it was ever in theaters. I know that it was 1 1990 movie and Brandon Douglas played the main character. Is there anyone else who remembers it? Not sure if it was a popular one. Oh, and I appologize to the guys who monitor and keep this forum running in advance if I somehow missed this movie on here.. I really looked this time, now that I know how to do so.

Oh yes, I remember that flick, and it only debuted on The Disney Channel sometime in 1990. William Devane starred in the film as Colonel Charnley.
