The commercial had to of been sometime in the 90's. It involved a guy being sent to heaven and having to wait in a REALLY long line. It was under the old Snickers slogan "Not going anywhere for a while?"

The key part of the commercial is when a guy at the back of the line yells "DOES THIS LINE EVER MOVE?!", at which point a hole opens up under him and he falls through. "Movin now aint it?"
