I found this clip and it was very rare. It was the bumper for "Scooby-Doo, Where Are You?" I've never seen that bumper in decades when WPIX-TV in New York City aired reruns of the Scooby-Doo series ("Scooby-Doo Where Are You?", "The New Scooby-Doo Movies" and "The Scooby-Doo Show"). This is the only bumper I found. Thanks to 12TVcartoon for this awesome gem.
