There was a candy in the 80's along the lines of barf it was a clear plastic gel filled bottom and the top was a different face and when u squessed the bottom the head barfed up the gel candy. does anyone have a picture or know what the heck this was please help.

Not sure if this is it or not, but it was the only thing that I remember around that time. Something along the line of "The Vomit Family"

That looks almost exactly like it except the head i remember were painted, and there was like 5 or 6 of them
